Sketchy Friday # 13 - 4U - greeting card made with SKdigis

Hello there... sorry I have been so quiet lately, but I am scrapbooking again and enjoying it to the max.   Taking all the pictures out and sorting them is not an easy job, it's taking me forever, the problems is that I left it aside for so many years now, it's now even funny...  But let me tell you, this time, I am doing all my scrapbooking digital and I want to invite all of you scrapers out there to follow me so you do not miss any of my updates....  As summer days approach, I must likely will be stopping cardmaking for a bit...   my husbands business gets bussier and bussier and I may have to step in and help him more...  So with all that being said, I leave you with my latest card made for SKETCHY FRIDAY # 13... come on join us this week with an great sketch...
I cut all the Basic Grey papers with my Silhouette, color the SKdigis digital stamp with Copic markers, added some stickles, machine stitching, ribbon, but still see in it very plain I doodle all the border with my white gel pen from Sakura.  I cut the 4U sentiment with my silhouette also and added the dots for the final touch... Thanks for stopping by and hope you like it....

SISTERS - Digital Scrapbboking

I found this picture yesterday while I was doing some spring cleaning of my scrapbook closet.  Didn't find much to get rid of, other than a bunch of clear stamps that I will put for sale soon.
But I found some buried treasures... lots of black and white pictures of my sister and I when we where little (I am the little one...lol).  Hope you like my layout and start following my blog so you don't miss any of my upcoming ones. :)

I just came back for my first eye check up.  For the past two weeks, when I start coloring my digital stamps I get the vision all blurry when I get to close and if i focus from far, I color out of the line and hate it, and since my 0.25 glasses are not ready until tomorrow, and all the kids went to the Youth Fair in Miami, I just sat here and started scrapping the first picture I saw in my desktop.

All That Stickles # 5 - THE READERS OF TODAY... - Greeting card made with SKdigis

Hello everyone!  Sadly I must say this is my last post as a designer for All That Stickles.    It has been a great, fun experience and got me into using all my neglected stickles again...  I want to thank Ashley, Tonya and the rest of the DT for having me and for accepting my resignation in such positive way.  The reason for me leaving is due to lack of time now that I had my EXTREME body makeover, and I really need to use the time to relax, heal and then continue with my weight loss journey... It is not easy and it needs more attention than what I expected so I must commit myself to myself only at this time, and before disappointing the DT I better step down.
And now, onto my card.  I cut the papers with my Silhouette, embossed with my Cuttlebug and ink the edges with Tim Holts distress Ink.  The digital image is a SKdigis digital stamp colored with Copic markers and added a touch of LIME GREEN stickles to make it sparkle.  you can find this image in my  store, pearls are from kaiser and I clipped the ribbon with staples... Hope you like my card and join us in this linking party.  Come on to All That Stickles so you can see the great projects made by the other members of the DT...

Sketchy Friday # 11 - YOU'RE THE PURR - greeting card made with SKdigis

Hiya cyber friends!  today is the 8 day after my surgery, everything went as planned except the awful pain I had been on...can discribe it, but for the first 5 days, I thought I was going to die.  You may wonder why?... Well, at 46, I decided to have an extreme body makeover, implants changed (they where 26 years old) tummy tuck and lipo esculpture... I am the must colorful chick on Sketchy Friday DT cause I can see the rainbow all over my body. jaajajaj... but the bruises will vanish in no time and this chick is going to look hot for the first Summer in many years...like a friend told me, leaving in South Florida, you gotta look got {wink}... but this is not the end... the weight loss continues and my goal is to loose another 15 to 20 lb, this time I know how to do it without the suffering cause I lost 22 before the surgery, from November 20 to March 6 plus the 35 I had lost since 2007. YAY me!!! :)

Ok onto my card for Sketchy Friday #11.  Today we have a new sketch and for this one I used a new released digital stamp, it is called KITTY KITTY, you may ask why?, and the thing is that we have adopted an outside stray cat and we call him like that, just KITTY KITTY and he runs to us to rub an purr ... he is lovely and still a baby, unfortunately with my husband's allergies, he must stay out, but as soon as I get better, I will build him a condo and take him to the vet to get neutered.  You can find this digi in SKdigis Shop.  I also used my Silhouette to cut the papers and copic markers to color the digi... How about the yarn? do you like it? jejejje I did it myself and below you can find a short super easy tutorial... Hope you like my card and come join us at Sketchy Friday this week...

Please visit my wonderful DT and leave them some love,  they work hard every week to bring you inspiration and their work is simply a work of art.

SKdigis digital stamp KITTY KITTY
And now,  here is the short tutorial to make this super cute balls of yarn...enjoy!

1.  Get some pop dots and twine (I got the ones matching my papers)
2.  Peel the dots and stick the end of the twine in the middle of one side
3.  Start wrapping it around in circular motion.
4.  and you will end up with this little cuties.  I used my glue gun to attach them to the card.  That way, they will never come off.

Easy right?  hope you like it...

Sketchy Friday # 10 - HANG IN THERE - greeting card made with SKdigis

Hello everyone!  This is an scheduled post, at this time, I must be packed up of pain killers and resting, while my body heals from a major body make over.  After loosing 22 lb since November, I finally reach my goal to do a bunch of stuff.  I changed my 26 year old breast implants, did the tummy tuck and lipo sculpture... OH MY! although I am posting this the day before the surgery, I can feel the pain already... so I made a lovely and cute card to myself.  I cut all my papers with my beloved Silhouette Cameo, colored my newest SKdigis digital Image Moses the Monkey with my Copic Markers, and added some touches to make this sketch look its best.  Hope you join us this week at Sketchy Friday.

Today is Sentimental Sundays, one of my favorite days of the week, cause I get to create for a wonderful DT and tonight is The Walking Dead, my favorite TV show of all times lol.
Today is all about the FAIRIES at Sentimental Sundays and I designed this SKdigis digital stamp  specially for this post.  Isn't she a cutie?  I belive is one of my best digis so far and when I finish my drawing class, everything is going to get better.  YEAP! I am taking a drawing class and enjoying every single minute of it.  For this card i used Basic Grey and Doodlebug papers, cut the pieces with my Silhouette and use a bit of distress ink on the edges.  Color the image with Copic markers and definitely need to practice more with the hair coloring, added diamont Sickles to the star in the wand and added some At You Spika black to give it a little shine...Hope you like my card and come join us this week at Sentimental Sundays.
